RCT06 is an innovative and technologically advanced for the production of fancy yarns.
Since then we start more the 500.000 spindles with this system, in 2004 we start R.G. Automazione in order to up-grade old ring frames (all models) with the same fancy device system, at the same time we are still co-operating with Marzoli in order to include new options in the device, which, today, is still the best seller on the market.

COMPONENTS
All the electronic/electrical device are from Siemens Germany (standard parts) available all around the world.

INTEGRATION INTO THE SPINNING FRAME
The system RCT06 is not only a system for making special yarns, but rather 'is fully integrated into an automatic spinning frame; The use of the inverter allows the spindles to optimize machine operation (Formation, end formation , twist left, etc..) In addition to allowing the synchronized stop in case of a power failure.
The operator panel is used, provides statistical data production of the spinning.

The mechanical integration has had the best results on spinning Marzoli, where the transmission is done through the belts and not with the chain (in time may change the effects of slub), using all gear supplied with the machine, without using gearbox.
